Common use of Plate Glass Clause in Contracts

Plate Glass. Tenant shall promptly replace, at its expense, any and all plate and other glass damaged or broken from any cause whatsoever (except Landlord’s direct act) in and about the Premises. Tenant shall have the option either to insure this risk or self insure.

Plate Glass. Tenant shall promptly replace, at its expensethe expense of Tenant, any and all plate and other glass damaged or broken resulting from any cause whatsoever (except Landlord’s direct act) in and about the Leased Premises. Tenant shall promptly replace, replace at its expense, sole cost and expense any and all plate and other glass damaged or broken from any cause whatsoever (except Landlord’s direct act) in and about the Premises. Tenant shall have procure and maintain at its own expense, insurance covering all plate and other glass in the option either leased Premises for and in the name of landlord. Tenant shall deliver certificates of such insurance to insure this risk or self insurelandlord in accordance with Section 9.01 hereof.

Tenant shall promptly replace, replace at its expense, Tenant's sole expense any and all plate and other glass damaged or broken from any cause whatsoever (except Landlord’s direct act) in and about the Premises. Tenant demised premises, except in case of and to the extent of damage or breakage due to fire or due to any other casualty against which Landlord shall have be able to collect on its insurance thereon, or except where such breakage is caused by the option either to insure this risk act of Landlord or self insureits agents.
