Common use of Plate Glass Clause in Contracts

Plate Glass. Tenant shall replace, at its sole cost and expense any and all plate and other glass in or about the Premises damaged or broken from any cause whatsoever.

Plate Glass. Tenant shall replace, at its sole the Tenant’s own cost and expense expense, any and all plate and other glass in or about the Premises damaged or broken from any cause whatsoeverwhatsoever in and about the Leased Premises.
