Common use of Plate Glass Clause in Contracts

Plate Glass. Tenant shall replace, at its sole cost and expenses, any and all plate and other glass damaged or broken from any cause whatsoever in and about the Premises. Tenant shall procure and maintain, at its own expense, insurance covering all plate and other glass in the Premises for and in the name of Owner.

Plate Glass. Tenant shall replace, at its sole cost and expensesthe expense of Tenant, any and all plate and other glass glass, frames or glazing damaged or broken from any cause whatsoever in and about the Premises. Tenant shall procure and maintain, at its own expense, insurance covering all plate and other glass in the Premises for and in the name of Owner.

Tenant shall replace, replace at its sole cost and expenses, own expense any and all plate and other glass in and about the Leased Premises damaged or broken from any cause whatsoever in and about the Premises. Tenant shall procure and maintain, at its own expense, insurance covering all plate and other glass in the Premises for and in the name of Ownerwhatsoever.

Tenant shall procure and maintain, at its own expense, insurance covering all plate and other glass in the Premises for and in the name of Owner.
