Platform Funding Milestones. Seller acknowledges that Buyer intends to raise some or all of the equity required to acquire Property from BuildingBits Investors by listing the Property on the Platform in accordance with Section 2(a). Seller further acknowledges that Seller will have the right to access the Platform and will have the ability to monitor the status of the milestones contemplated in this Section 7(b). Moreover, Buyer and BBRS agree from time to time, following receipt of written request from Seller, to provide Seller with a status report concerning the status of the milestones contemplated in this Section 7(b). Buyer's obligation to purchase the Property shall be subject to the timely satisfaction of the following conditions:
