Platform User Deposits and Withdrawals. If you are accessing the Services through the Platform, you may instruct deposits and withdrawals of cryptocurrency only as permitted by the Platform. When you elect to transfer cryptocurrency from your Hosted Wallet to a third-party wallet address or other location, it is always possible that the party administering the new location may reject your transfer or that the transfer may fail due to technical or other issues affecting the Platform. You agree that you shall not hold Zero Hash liable for any damages arising from a rejected or failed transfer.
