Your Learning Sponsor, as your employer, has the right to deal with employment related matters under their own procedures, independently to our Fitness to Practise Procedure, however, this may also be invoked in respect of those matters. g) The Open University may also have a legal obligation to provide certain information to the Regulatory Authority.
