Plugging Status. All wells on the Interests that xxxx been plugged and abandoned by the Sellers and, to the best knowledge of the Sellers all other wells on the Interests that xxxx been plugged and abandoned, have been plugged and abandoned in accordance in all material respects with all applicable requirements of each governmental authority having jurisdiction over the Sellers, CFLP or the Interests.
Plugging Status. As of the date of this Agreement, such Seller has not received any notice from any Governmental Authority demanding that any xxxxx located on such Seller’s Real Property Interests be plugged and abandoned except as set forth in Schedule 3.14.

Plugging Status. There are no wellx xx the Lands that have been permanently plugged and abandoned, but have not been plugged in accordance in all material respects with all applicable requirements of each regulatory authority having jurisdiction over the Properties.

All Statex Xxxxx that have at any time been, or are currently, required to be plugged and abandoned by the applicable requirements of any Governmental Entity have been, or are being (as the case may be), plugged and abandoned in all material respects in accordance with such requirements; provided, however, that the representation and warranty in the preceding sentence of this Section 2.27 is made to the Company's knowledge with respect to those Statex Xxxxx that either (i) were plugged and abandoned prior to January 1, 1980 or (ii) as to which Statex is not, or was not when the plugging and abandonment occurred or the requirement therefor became applicable to the relevant Statex Well, the operator.
