Plugging Status. All Statex ▇▇▇▇▇ that have at any time been, or are currently, required to be plugged and abandoned by the applicable requirements of any Governmental Entity have been, or are being (as the case may be), plugged and abandoned in all material respects in accordance with such requirements; provided, however, that the representation and warranty in the preceding sentence of this Section 2.27 is made to the Company's knowledge with respect to those Statex ▇▇▇▇▇ that either (i) were plugged and abandoned prior to January 1, 1980 or (ii) as to which Statex is not, or was not when the plugging and abandonment occurred or the requirement therefor became applicable to the relevant Statex Well, the operator.

Plugging Status. All well▇ ▇▇▇rated by any Gothic Company that have been permanently plugged and abandoned have been so plugged and abandoned in accordance in all material respects with all applicable requirements of each Governmental Authority having jurisdiction over the Gothic Companies and the Oil and Gas Interests.
