Common use of POF Clause in Contracts

POF. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that all Vessels must be acceptable to the Port Operator and it is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that its nominated Vessels at all times meet and comply with the requirements of the POF, the Port Regulations, Applicable Laws and any other requirements and the Operator shall have no liability in this regard. The Customer further agrees that it shall comply with the Port Regulations and Applicable Laws and any orders or directions issued by the POF or the harbour master, including with respect to Vessel scheduling, loading, discharge and pilotage.
