Common use of Policy Cancellation or Alteration Clause in Contracts

Policy Cancellation or Alteration. Seller's Insurance shall provide that it may not be cancelled or materially altered without prior written notice per the policy terms and conditions to Buyer. The Seller shall provide Buyer with a copy of any material communication or notice related to the Seller's Insurance within ten (10) Business Days of the Seller's receipt or issuance thereof.
