Portal Services. Except with respect to SaaS Services, all online access to information, services, support, training, or other informational sites or portals provided by Verint.
Portal Services. The terms and conditions contained in this section apply to the Portal Services supplied under this Agreement.
Portal Services. Our proprietary and confidential online portal service provides reporting detail about your use of the Services (“Portal Services”). We reserve the right to disallow, discontinue, suspend, or change your use of Portal Services at any time without notice. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any Portal Services passwords in your possession. If we provide Portal Services to you, our only obligation is to make the Portal Services available in accordance with our standard operating procedures (e.g., then-current timeframes, standards, scheduling, and procedures, including those for setup, account access, and suspension of Portal Services). You shall provide us with prompt written notice of account or user ID changes, including User IDs that are no longer active or should be deleted. You are solely responsible for any unauthorized access to Portal Services, including unauthorized employee or agent access, or third party access. We have no liability for third-party interruptions in Portal Services (e.g., internet providers), or errors or inaccuracies in the data reported to you.
Portal Services. 4.1.1. Commitments
Portal Services. Operator agrees solely to Participating Institution that Operator shall provide the Portal Services in a good and workmanlike manner. Participating Institution acknowledges and agrees that Operator may use third-party service providers in the performance of the Portal Services.
Portal Services. SunGard will provide to dealers and financial advisors associated with the Trust (collectively, “Users”) internet-based access to certain information stored on SunGard’s mutual fund shareholder recordkeeping system (the “Information”) as set forth on Schedule B to this Agreement (the “Portal Services”). SunGard will provide to Users, during SunGard’s normal business hours, telephone support regarding a User’s proper and authorized use of the then-current Portal Services, provided that support with respect to Portal Services other than Broker Browser shall be limited to issues regarding SunGard’s provision of Information through such Portal Service. For any non-support-related assistance or consulting, the Trust may contract with SunGard for additional Professional Services at an agreed upon rate. The Portal Services are not subject to the disaster recovery provisions of the Agreement. With the exception of the Broker Browser Portal Service, the Trust is responsible for entering into an agreement with any provider of a Portal Service it wishes to make available to Users, and for ensuring that such Portal Service provides appropriate security measures. The Trust will provide, or cause the relevant Portal Service to provide, to SunGard such information as SunGard requires to make Information available through the Portal Service. Information furnished to a User as part of any Service is furnished at the express direction of the Trust, including for purposes of Section 30 of this Agreement. The Trust is solely responsible for ensuring that the release of Information complies with applicable privacy and other laws and regulations.
Portal Services. You agree not to modify, move, add to, delete or otherwise tamper with any proprietary information contained in the Viterra Web Site. You also agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or unlawfully use or reproduce any of the software, copyrighted or trademarked material, trade secrets, or other proprietary information contained in the Web Site.
Portal Services. You have sole responsibility for adequate protection and backup of data and/or Access Devices and to take reasonable and appropriate precautions to scan for computer viruses or other destructive properties.
Portal Services. For portal services: Orange Business Services is committed to ensuring an Availability Rate of 99.5% for each portal. The list of portal concerned is as follows: • portal Espace Client Cloud Store (ECCS).
Portal Services. 1.1 The Portal is a proprietary performance reporting web portal through which Authorized Entity can access Information. “Information” means the claims-payment, medical treatment and other coverage-related information about patients, members or claimants made available to Authorized Entity through the Portal. Information may include protected health information and personally identifiable information, as well as certain analyses and reports regarding the quality and cost of health care services and other performance measures.
