Common use of Portfolio Asset Assignments Clause in Contracts

Portfolio Asset Assignments. Other than Portfolio Assets originated by the Borrower, the Portfolio Asset Assignments are the only agreements pursuant to which the Borrower may acquire Portfolio Assets. The Borrower accounts for each Transfer of a Portfolio Asset under a Portfolio Asset Assignment as a full Transfer of such Portfolio Asset in the books and Records of the Borrower.
