Port’s Right to Perform. Upon Lessee’s failure to perform any obligation or make any payment required of Lessee hereunder, the Port shall have the right (but not the obligation) to perform such obligation of Lessee on behalf of Lessee and/or to make payment on behalf of Lessee to such parties. Lessee shall reimburse the Port the reasonable cost of the Port’s performing such obligation on Lessee’s behalf, including reimbursement of any amounts that may be expended by the Port, plus interest at the Default Rate. SECTION 18: SURRENDER AND HOLDING OVER
Port’s Right to Perform. Upon Concessionaire’s failure to perform any obligation or make any payment required of Concessionaire hereunder, the Port shall have the right (but not the obligation) to perform such obligation of Concessionaire on behalf of Concessionaire and/or to make payment on behalf of Concessionaire to such parties. Concessionaire shall reimburse the Port the reasonable cost of the Port’s performing such obligation on Concessionaire’s behalf, including reimbursement of any amounts that may be expended by the Port, plus interest at the Default Rate,
Port’s Right to Perform. All agreements and obligations to be performed by Airline under any of the terms of this Agreement shall be at its sole cost and expense and without any abatement of Terminal Rent or Landing Fees. If Airline shall fail to make any payment or perform any act on its part to be performed hereunder and such failure shall continue for ten (10) days, after notice thereof by Port, Port may, but shall not be obligated to do so, and without waiving or releasing Airline from any obligations of Airline, make any such payment or perform any such other act on Airline’s part to be made or performed as provided in this Agreement. All sums so paid by Port and all necessary incidental costs shall be deemed additional rent hereunder and shall be payable to Port on demand, and Port shall have (in addition to any other right or remedy of Port) the same rights and remedies in the event of the nonpayment thereof by Airline as in the case of default by Airline in the payment of Terminal Rent or Landing Fees.

Upon Xxxxxx’s failure to perform any obligation, or make any payment required of Tenant hereunder, beyond the applicable notice and cure period, the Port shall have the right (but not the obligation) to perform such obligation of Tenant on behalf of Tenant and/or to make payment on behalf of Tenant to such parties. Tenant shall reimburse the Port the reasonable cost of the Port’s performing such obligation on Xxxxxx’s behalf, including reimbursement of any amounts that may be expended by the Port, plus interest at the Default Rate, as Additional Rent; provided, however, the Port shall provide Leasehold Mortgagee notice and opportunity to cure as set forth in ARTICLE 20.

Operator shall reimburse the Port the reasonable cost of the Port’s performing such obligation on Operator’s behalf, including reimbursement of any amounts that may be expended by the Port, plus interest at the Default Rate,

Upon Lessee’s failure to perform any obligation or make any payment required of Lessee hereunder following no less than thirty (30) days prior written notice by the Port (except that in the event of an emergency involving threat of imminent harm to persons or property, verbal notice shall be permissible) the Port shall have the right (but not the obligation) to perform such obligation of Lessee on behalf of Lessee and/or to make payments on behalf of Lessee to such parties. Lessee shall reimburse the Port the reasonable cost of the Port’s performing such obligation on Lessee’s behalf, including reimbursement of any amounts that may be expended by the Port, plus interest at the Default Rate, as Additional Rent.
