Port’s Right to Perform. Upon Concessionaire’s failure to perform any obligation or make any payment required of Concessionaire hereunder, the Port shall have the right (but not the obligation) to perform such obligation of Concessionaire on behalf of Concessionaire and/or to make payment on behalf of Concessionaire to such parties.
