Common use of Position, Duties and Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Position, Duties and Responsibilities. During the Term of Employment, Executive shall be employed and serve as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company Group (together with such other position or positions consistent with Executive’s title as the Board shall specify from time to time) and shall have such duties and responsibilities commensurate with such titles. Executive also agrees to serve as an officer and/or director of any member of the Company Group, in each case without additional compensation.

Position, Duties and Responsibilities. During the Term of Employment, Executive shall be employed and serve as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Legal Officer of the Company Group (together with such other position or positions consistent with Executive’s title as the Board shall specify from time to time) and shall have such duties and responsibilities commensurate with such titles. Executive also agrees title and as the Board may designate from time to serve as an officer and/or director of any member of the Company Group, in each case without additional compensationtime.

Position, Duties and Responsibilities. During the Term of Employment, Executive shall be employed and serve as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company Group (together with such other position or positions consistent with Executive’s title as the Board shall specify from time to time) and shall have such duties and responsibilities commensurate with such titlestitle, which may include managing the day-to-day business activities of the Company (subject to operating guidelines and budgets established by the Board from time to time). Executive also agrees to serve as an officer and/or director of any other member of the Company Group, in each case without additional compensation.

Executive also agrees to serve as an officer and/or director of any other member of the Company Group, in each case without additional compensation. Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Executive Employee also agrees to serve as an officer and/or director of any other member of the Company Group, in each case without additional compensation. During the Term, Employee shall report to the Chief Executive Officer.

Executive also agrees to serve as an officer and/or director of any other member of the Company Group, in each case without additional compensation. Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

During the Term of EmploymentTerm, Executive shall be employed and serve as the Executive Vice President President, Secretary and Chief Financial Officer General Counsel of the Company Group (together with such other position or positions consistent with Executive’s title as the Board shall specify from time to time) and shall have such duties and responsibilities commensurate with such titlestitle. Executive also agrees to serve as an officer and/or director of any other member of the Company Group, in each case without additional compensation. Executive shall report to the Chief Executive Officer.

Executive also agrees to serve as an officer and/or director of any other member of the Company Group, in each case without additional compensation. Executive shall report to the Chief Executive Officer.

Position, Duties and Responsibilities. During the Term of Employment, Executive shall be employed and serve as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer National Director of Field Operations of the Company Group (together with such other position or positions consistent with Executive’s title as the Board shall specify from time to time) and shall have such duties and responsibilities commensurate with such titlestitle. Executive also agrees to serve as an officer and/or director of any other member of the Company Group, in each case without additional compensation.

During the Term of EmploymentTerm, Executive shall be employed and serve as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Strategy and Transformation Officer of the Company Group (together with such other position or positions consistent with Executive’s title as the Board Chief Executive Officer shall specify from time to time) ), reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, and shall have such duties and responsibilities commensurate with such titlestitle. Executive also agrees to serve as an officer and/or director of any other member of the Company Group, in each case without additional compensation.

During the Term of Employment, Executive shall be employed and serve as the Executive Vice President President, General Counsel and Chief Financial Officer Secretary of the Company Group (together with such other position or positions consistent with Executive’s title as the Board shall specify from time to time) and shall have such duties and responsibilities commensurate with such titlestitle, which may include managing the day-to-day business activities of the Company (subject to operating guidelines and budgets established by the Board from time to time). Executive also agrees to serve as an officer and/or director of any other member of the Company Group, in each case without additional compensation.

During the Term of EmploymentTerm, Executive Employee shall be employed and serve as the Executive Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company Group (together with such other position or positions consistent with ExecutiveEmployee’s title as the Board Company shall specify from time to time) and shall have such duties and responsibilities commensurate with such titlestitle. Executive Employee also agrees to serve as an officer and/or director of any other member of the Company GroupGroup to the extent requested by the Board or the Company, in each case without additional compensation. During the Term, Employee shall report directly to the Company’s Chief Executive Officer.

Executive also agrees to serve as an officer and/or director of any other member of the Company Group, in each case without additional compensation. Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

During the Term of Employment, Executive shall be employed and serve as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer President, Rentals of the Company Group (together with such other position or positions consistent with Executive’s title as the Board shall specify from time to time) and shall have such duties and responsibilities commensurate with such titlestitle, which may include managing the day-to-day business activities of the Company (subject to operating guidelines and budgets established by the Board from time to time). Executive also agrees to serve as an officer and/or director of any other member of the Company Group, in each case without additional compensation.

During the Term of EmploymentTerm, Executive shall be employed and serve as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company Group and the Parent (together with such other position or positions consistent with Executive’s title as the Board shall specify from time to time) and shall have such duties and responsibilities commensurate with such titles. Executive also agrees to serve as an officer and/or director of any other member of the Company Group, in each case without additional compensation. Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Executive also agrees to serve as an officer and/or director of any other member of the Company Group, in each case without additional compensation. Executive shall report directly to the Board.

Position, Duties and Responsibilities. During the Term of EmploymentTerm, Executive shall be employed and serve as the Executive Senior Vice President President, Chief Legal Officer and Chief Financial Officer Assistant Secretary of the Company Group and the Parent (together with such other position or positions consistent with Executive’s title as the Board shall specify from time to time) and shall have such duties and responsibilities commensurate with such titles. Executive also agrees to serve as an officer and/or director of any other member of the Company Group, in each case without additional compensation. Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Position, Duties and Responsibilities. During the Term of Employment, Executive shall be employed and serve as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer President, Integration of the Company Group (together with such other position or positions consistent with Executive’s title as the Board shall specify from time to time) and shall have such duties and responsibilities commensurate with such titles. Executive also agrees to serve as an officer and/or director title, which may include managing certain aspects of any member the day-to-day business activities of the Company Group, in each case without additional compensation(subject to operating guidelines and budgets established by the Board from time to time). Executive shall report to the President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company.

Position, Duties and Responsibilities. During the Term of Employment, Executive shall be employed and serve as the Executive Vice President and & Chief Financial Officer of the Company Group (together with such other position or positions consistent with Executive’s title as the Board shall specify from time to time) and shall have such duties and responsibilities commensurate with such titlestitle. Executive also agrees to serve as an officer and/or director of any other member of the Company Group, in each case without additional compensation.

Position, Duties and Responsibilities. During the Term of Employment, Executive shall be employed and serve as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company Group (together with such other position or positions consistent with Executive’s title as the Board shall specify from time to time) and shall have such duties and responsibilities commensurate with such titles. During the Term of Employment, Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. If requested by the Board, Executive also agrees to serve as an officer and/or director of any member of the Company Group, in each case without additional compensation.

During the Term of Employment, Executive shall be employed and serve as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company Group and President of Patriot Care Management, Inc. (together with such other position or positions consistent with Executive’s title as the Board shall specify from time to time) and shall have such duties and responsibilities commensurate with such titlestitle. Executive also agrees to serve as an officer and/or director of any other member of the Company Group, in each case without additional compensation.

Position, Duties and Responsibilities. During the Term of EmploymentTerm, Executive shall be employed and serve as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Technology Officer of the Company Group (together with such other position or positions consistent with Executive’s title as the Board Chief Executive Officer shall specify from time to time) and shall have such duties and responsibilities commensurate with such titlestitle. Executive also agrees to serve as an officer and/or director of any other member of the Company Group, in each case without additional compensation. Executive shall report to the Chief Executive Officer.
