Positions and Duties. As of the Effective Date, the Executive will continue to serve as Chief Executive Officer of the Company. The Executive will render such business and professional services in the performance of his duties, consistent with the Executive’s position within the Company, as will reasonably be assigned to him by the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”).

Positions and Duties. As of the Effective Date, the Executive will continue to serve as the Company’s Co-Chief Executive Officer of and report to the Company’s Board. The Executive will render such business and professional services in the performance of his Executive’s duties, consistent with the Executive’s position within the Company, as will reasonably be assigned to him Executive by the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”).

Positions and Duties. As of the Effective Date, the Executive will continue to serve as Chief Executive Officer the Company’s CEO reporting to the Chairman of the CompanyBoard. The Executive will render such business and professional services in the performance of his duties, consistent with the Executive’s position within the Company, as will reasonably be assigned to him by the Company’s Board of Directors (Board. The period Executive is employed by the Company under this Agreement is referred to herein as the “BoardEmployment Term”).

The Executive will render such business and professional services in the performance of his Executive’s duties, consistent with the Executive’s 's position within the Company, as will shall reasonably be assigned to him Executive by the Company’s Board Chief Executive Officer. The period of Directors (Executive’s at-will employment under the terms of this Agreement is referred to herein as the “BoardEmployment Term.”).

The Executive will render such business and professional services in the performance of his duties, consistent with the Executive’s position within and historical duties for the Company, as will set forth in the Company’s by-laws and as may reasonably be assigned to him by the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”). The period of Executive’s employment under this Agreement is referred to herein as the “Employment Term.”

Executive shall provide senior leadership and support in the day to day business operations of the Company, shall perform business and professional services in the performance of his duties, consistent as are customarily associated with the Executive’s position within the Companyof Chief Executive Officer, and shall perform such other duties and functions as will shall from time to time be reasonably be assigned or delegated to him Executive by the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”). The Executive will render such business and professional services in the performance of his duties, consistent with the Executive’s 's position within the Company, as will shall reasonably be assigned to him by the Company’s 's Board of Directors (the “"Board”"). The period of Executive's employment under this Agreement is referred to herein as the "Employment Term."

The Executive will render such business and professional services in the performance of his duties, consistent with the Executive’s position within the Company, as will reasonably be assigned to him by the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”). The period of Executive’s employment under this Agreement is referred to herein as the “Employment Term.”

Positions and Duties. As of the Effective Date, the Executive will continue to serve as Chief Executive Operating Officer of the Company. The Executive will render such business and professional services in the performance of his duties, consistent with the Executive’s position within the Company, as will reasonably be assigned to him by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) or the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”). The period of Executive’s employment under this Agreement is referred to herein as the “Employment Term.”
