Common use of Positions and Duties Clause in Contracts

Positions and Duties. As of the Effective Date, Executive will serve as Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Executive will render such business and professional services in the performance of Executive’s duties, consistent with Executive’s position within the Company, as will reasonably be assigned to Executive by the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”). The period of Executive’s employment under this Agreement is referred to herein as the “Employment Term.”

Positions and Duties. As of the Effective Date, Executive will serve as President and Chief Executive Operating Officer of the Company, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Executive will render such business and professional services in the performance of Executive’s his duties, consistent with Executive’s position within the Company, as will shall reasonably be assigned to Executive him by the Company and, as such, from and after the date hereof, shall report directly to and shall be subject to the direction of the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”). The period of Executive’s at-will employment under the terms of this Agreement is referred to herein as the “Employment Term.”

Executive will render such business and professional services in the performance of Executive’s duties, consistent with Executive’s position within the Company, as will reasonably be assigned to Executive by the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”)Directors. The period of Executive’s employment under this Agreement is referred to herein as the “Employment Term”.”

Executive will report directly to the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. Executive will render such business and professional services in the performance of Executive’s duties, consistent with Executive’s 's position within the Company, as will shall reasonably be assigned to Executive by the Company’s Board of Directors of the Parent (the “Board”). The period of Executive’s employment under this Agreement is referred to herein as the “Employment Term.”

Executive will render such business and professional services in the performance of Executive’s duties, consistent with Executive’s position within the Company, as will shall reasonably be assigned to Executive by the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”). The period of Executive’s at-will employment under the terms of this Agreement is referred to herein as the “Employment Term.”
