Common use of Positions and Duties Clause in Contracts

Positions and Duties. As of the Effective Date, Executive will serve as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Executive will render such business and professional services in the performance of Executive’s duties, consistent with Executive’s position within the Company, as shall reasonably be assigned to Executive by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. The period of Executive’s at-will employment under the terms of this Agreement is referred to herein as the “Employment Term.”

Positions and Duties. As of the Effective Date, Executive will serve as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Executive will shall render such business and professional services in the performance of Executive’s duties, consistent with Executive’s position within the Company, as shall reasonably be assigned to Executive by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. Executive will be based at the Company’s headquarters in New York, NY. The period of Executive’s at-will employment under the terms of this Agreement is referred to herein as the “Employment Term.”

Positions and Duties. As of This employment agreement between the Executive and the Company will commence on the Effective Date, as defined above. Executive will render such business and professional services in the performance of Executive’s his duties, consistent with Executive’s position within the Company, as shall will reasonably be assigned to Executive him by the Company’s Chief Executive OfficerCEO. The CEO may modify Executive’s job title and duties as it deems necessary and appropriate in light of the Company’s needs and interests from time to time. Executive will render such business and professional services in the performance of Executive’s his duties, consistent with Executive’s position within the Company, as shall reasonably be assigned to Executive him by the Company’s Chief Executive OfficerBoard of Directors (the “Board”). The period of Executive’s at-will employment under the terms of this Agreement is referred to herein as the “Employment Term.”

Positions and Duties. As of the Effective Date, Executive will serve as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer of the CompanyOfficer. Executive will render such business and professional services in the performance of Executive’s duties, consistent with Executive’s position within the Company, as shall will reasonably be assigned to Executive him by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. The period of Executive’s at-will employment under the terms of this Agreement is referred to herein as the “Employment Term”.”

As of the Effective Date, Executive will serve as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Executive will render such business and professional services in the performance of Executive’s her duties, consistent with Executive’s position within the Company, as shall will reasonably be assigned to Executive her by the Company’s Chief Executive OfficerBoard of Directors (the “Board”), to which she shall report. The period of Executive’s at-will employment Executive is employed by the Company under the terms of this Agreement is referred to herein as the “Employment Term.”

Positions and Duties. As of the Effective Date, Executive will serve as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Executive will render such business and professional services in the performance of Executive’s duties, consistent with Executive’s position within the Company, as shall will reasonably be assigned to Executive by the Company’s Chief President & CEO or the Board of Directors (the “Board”). For clarification, the Executive Officermay serve in his position from a hybrid location, in accordance with Section (d). The period of Executive’s at-will employment under from the terms of this Agreement Effective Date is referred to herein as the “Employment Term.”

Executive will render such business and professional services in the performance of Executive’s duties, as are consistent with Executive’s 's position within the Company, or as shall reasonably be assigned to Executive him by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer's Board of Directors (the "Board"). The period of Executive’s at-will 's employment under the terms of this Agreement is referred to herein as the “"Employment Term.”" Executive shall be appointed to the Company's Board, subject to stockholder or other necessary approval.

Positions and Duties. As of the Effective Date, Executive will serve as Chief Financial Officer VICE PRESIDENT OF FINANCE of the Company. Executive will render such business and professional services in the performance of Executive’s his duties, consistent with Executive’s 's position within the Company, as shall reasonably be assigned to Executive him by the Company’s 's Chief Executive OfficerFinancial Officer and/or Board of Directors (the "BOARD"). The period of Executive’s at-will 's employment under the terms of this Agreement is referred to herein as the “Employment Term"EMPLOYMENT TERM.”"

Positions and Duties. As of the Effective Date, Executive will serve as Chief Financial Commercial Officer of the Company. Executive will render such business and professional services in the performance of Executive’s duties, consistent with Executive’s position within the Company, as shall reasonably be assigned to Executive by the Company’s Chief Executive OfficerBoard of Directors (the “Board”). The period of Executive’s at-will employment under the terms of this Agreement is referred to herein as the “Employment Term.”

Executive will render such business and professional services in the performance of Executive’s his duties, consistent with Executive’s 's position within the Company, as shall will reasonably be assigned to Executive his by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer's Board of Directors (the "Board"). The period of Executive’s at-will 's employment under the terms of this Agreement is referred to herein as the “"Employment Term.”"
