Common use of Positions and Duties Clause in Contracts

Positions and Duties. Executive will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Technology Officer of the Company. Executive will continue to render such business and professional services in the performance of his duties, consistent with Executive’s position within the Company, as will reasonably be assigned to him by the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”). The period of Executive’s employment is referred to herein as the “Employment Term.”

Positions and Duties.
