Positions for Recent Graduates. Notwithstanding the provisions of this 21 Article, the Medical Center shall maintain the right to hire a maximum of one hundred 22 sixty-five recent RN graduates per fiscal year unless mutually agreed to by the 23 Association and to post positions as recent RN graduate positions. Recent Graduates 24 are defined as nurses who have graduated with their ADN or BSN up to one year before 25 hire and have been licensed for less than six months and have less than six months of 26 acute care experience as an RN. 28 The Labor Management Committee shall monitor the effectiveness and 29 outcomes of the nurse residency program. This includes collaborating to solicit 1 feedback from frontline nurses, in particular preceptors and recent Nurse Residents for 2 this purpose. The parties mutually agree to collaboratively review the previous year’s 3 turnover and vacancy rates, as well as local, regional and national projections. 5 For the Nurse Residency Competency Development Pool (NRCDP), Nurse 6 Residents will be hired into the program through an interview process that will include 7 frontline caregivers. Upon hire, Nurse Residents in the NRCDP will orient to various 8 units to gain competency in accordance with Article 14.2.2. Once competency is 9 validated, the Nurse Resident in the NRCDP will be invited to apply to open positions 10 within the Medical/Surgical, OHVI 4 & 5 and Observation Unit in accordance with Article

Recent Graduates are defined as nurses who have graduated with their AND or BSN up to one (1) year before hire and have been licensed for less than six (6) months and have less than six (6) months of acute care experience as a RN. Positions for Recent Graduates. Notwithstanding the provisions of this Article, the Medical Center shall maintain the right to hire recent RN graduates into unassigned positions to allow these nurses the maximum opportunity for learning and development. Nurses hired into such a position may remain in the position for a minimum of two (2) months, including new graduate orientation, and a maximum of twelve (12) months. 13.13.1 During this 12-month period, such nurses shall have the opportunity, upon becoming qualified, to bid on open positions, including positions available for filling only by recent RN graduates. These positions shall only become available as vacancies occur. 13.13.2 A maximum of one (1) out of every five (5) vacancies that become available on a unit and shift during a fiscal year (excluding vacancies occurring as part of a workforce reorganization) may be posted as recent RN graduate positions. The Medical Center may employ a maximum of twenty (20) nurses in such positions per fiscal year. 13.13.3 The Medical Center will, upon request, supply a list of recent graduate positions filled within the past six (6) months to the Association.

  • Rating The Notes can be issued without the requirement that they have any rating from a nationally recognized statistical rating organization.

  • Reports to Rating Agencies The Servicer shall deliver to each Rating Agency, at such address as such Rating Agency may request, a copy of all reports or notices furnished or delivered pursuant to this Article III and a copy of any amendments, supplements or modifications to this Agreement and any other information reasonably requested by such Rating Agency to monitor this transaction. If CarMax is no longer the Servicer, the successor Servicer shall provide any required Rating Agency notices, reports or other communications to the Depositor, who promptly shall provide such notices, reports or communications to the Rating Agencies.

  • Insurance Carrier Rating Coverages provided by Contractor must be underwritten by an insurance company deemed acceptable to the State of Washington’s Office of Risk Management. Insurance coverage shall be provided by companies authorized to do business within the State of Washington and rated A- Class VII or better in the most recently published edition of Best’s Insurance Rating. Enterprise Services reserves the right to reject all or any insurance carrier(s) with an unacceptable financial rating.

  • SERVICE REQUIREMENTS FOR REFERRED CLIENTS A. Agent agrees to respond to any communications from a Referred Client within two (2) hours after receipt if such communication is received between 9:00am to 5:00pm local time. For communications received outside of these hours, Agent agrees to respond by 10:00am the next day. B. Agent agrees to update XXXX.xxx with status updates within 48 hours after initial communication with a Referred Client and upon every significant status change until closing or abandoned. Updates shall be made by Agent via email to xxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxx. C. Vacations or extended absences shall be reported, with length of pause, to XXXX.xxx via email to D. Agent will not add Referred Client to any email list or calling list without the express permission of Referred Client. E. If Agent is contacted by a Referred Client that Agent is unwilling or unable to assist, Agent shall direct such Referred Client back to XXXX.xxx for assistance and notify XXXX.xxx at xxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxx. G. Agent agrees that XXXX.xxx has no obligation to provide Agent with any number of referrals and that prospective clients are free to select the agent they wish to work with for any particular real estate transaction.
