Common use of Possession by the Allottee Clause in Contracts

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas to the Association of Allottee or the Competent Authority, as the case may be.

Possession by the Allottee. Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy completion certificate and handing over physical possession of the Apartment Apartments to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas areas, to the Association association of Allottee the Allottees upon its formation and registration or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate and handing over physical possession of the Apartment Bungalow to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas areas, to the Association association of Allottee Allottees or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws. Provided that, in the absence of any local law, the promoter shall handover the necessary documents and plans, including common areas, to the association of allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas areas, to the Association association of Allottee Allottees or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws. Provided that, in the absence of any local law, the promoter shall handover the necessary documents and plans, including common areas, to the association of allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate and handing over the physical possession of the Apartment residential unit to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including the common areas areas, to the Association association of Allottee the Allottees or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas to the Association of Allottee or the Competent Authority, as the case may be.

After obtaining the occupancy certificate and execution of the conveyance deed with the allottee, the Promoter shall handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over handover the necessary documents and plans, including common areas including entire land, to the association of the Allottee or the competent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws. Provided that in the absence of any local law, the Promoter shall hand over the necessary documents and plans including common areas to the Association of Allottee Allottees or the Competent Authority, as the case may be.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate certificate* and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the AllotteesAllottee, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over handover the necessary documents and planscopies of plan, including common areas to the Association of Allottee or the Competent Authority, as the case may beallottees after its formation.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate certificate/completion certificate* and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas areas, to the Association association of Allottee Allottees or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate certificate* and handing over physical possession of the Apartment [Apartment/ Plot] to the AllotteesAllottee, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over handover the necessary documents and plansplan, including common areas to the Association of Allottee allottees or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be., as per the local laws:

Possession by the Allottee. Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate and handing over physical possession of the Apartment Apartment/Unit to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to shall hand over the necessary documents and plansPlans, including common areas Common Areas, to the Association of Allottee Allottees or the Competent Authority, as in accordance with the case may betimelines stipulated under Applicable Laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining On application of the occupancy certificate certificate* and handing over physical possession of the Apartment [Schedule - “B” Property] to the AllotteesAllottee, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter Promoter/ Owner to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas areas, to the Association association of the Allottee or the Competent Authority, competent authority as per the case may belocal laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate or such other certificate by whatever name called issued by the competent authority, and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas areas, to the Association association of Allottee Allottees or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter Developer to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas areas, to the Association association of Allottee or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, as pet the local laws. Provided that, in the absence of any local law the Developer shall handover the necessary documents and plans, including common areas, to the association of allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be, within thirty days after obtaining the completion certificate.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas areas, to the Association association of Allottee Allottees or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws. [Provided that, in the absence of any local law, the promoter shall handover the necessary documents and plans, including common areas, to the association of allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be, within thirty days after obtaining the completion certificate].

After obtaining the occupancy certificate or such other certificate by whatever name called issued by the competent authority, and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the Allotteesallottees and on handing over of Common Areas to the association of allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter Promoters to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas Common Areas, to the Association association of Allottee allottees or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be., as per the local laws, :

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the [occupancy certificate or such other certificate (by whatever name may be called)] 1 and handing over physical possession of the Apartment Apartment/Plot to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas areas, to the Association association of Allottee the Allottees or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate Occupancy/ Completion Certificate and handing over physical possession of the said Apartment to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas to the Association association of Allottee or Allottees as per the Competent Authority, as the case may be.local laws;

After obtaining the occupancy certificate and handing over physical possession of the Apartment Flat to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas areas, to the Association association of Allottee the Allottees or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate certificate* and handing over physical possession of the Apartment Flat to the AllotteesAllottee, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over handover the necessary documents and plansplan, including common areas to the Association of Allottee allottees or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be., as per the local laws:

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate Occupancy Certificate or Completion Certificate and handing over physical possession of the Said Apartment And Properties Appurtenant Thereto to the AllotteesAllottee, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the handover necessary documents and plans, including common areas CommonAreas, Amenities and Facilities to the Association of Allottee allottees or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate and handing over physical possession of the Said Apartment to the AllotteesAnd Appurtenances, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter and the Land Owners to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas the Common Areas to the Association of Allottee the Allottees or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas areas, to the Association association of Allottee or the Competent Authority, Allottees as per the case may belocal laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over handover the necessary documents and plans, including common areas of the Phase including entire land of the Phase , to the Association association of the Allottee or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the AllotteesAllottee, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to Promoterto hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas Common Areas, to the Association of Allottee or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, as per the Applicable Laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate or part occupancy certificate and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas areas, to the Apartment Owners Association of Allottee (AOA) or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter Promote to hand over the handover necessary documents and plans, including common areas to the Association of Allottee Allotlee or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be., as per the local laws;

Possession by the Allottee.
