Common use of Possession by the Allottee Clause in Contracts

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas to the Association of Allottee or the Competent Authority, as the case may be.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate Completion Certificate and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the AllotteesAllottee, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter Vendor/ Developer to hand over the necessary necessary- documents and plans, including common areas areas, to the Association of Allottee or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. Provided that, in the absence of any local law, the promoter shall handover the necessary documents and plans, including common areas, to the association of allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be.

After obtaining the occupancy certificate/completion certificate and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas areas, to the Association association of Allottee the Allottees or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate certificate* and handing over physical possession of the Apartment Apartment/Plot to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas areas, to the Association association of Allottee the Allottees or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy completion certificate and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Owner/Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas areas, to the Association association of Allottee upon its formation and Registration; Provided that, in the absence of any local law, the Promoter/Owner shall handover the necessary documents and plans, including common areas, to the association of allottees or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be., within thirty days after upon formation and registration of the association of allottees

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy completion certificate and handing over physical possession of all the Apartment apartments to the Allotteesallottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas areas, to the Association association of Allottee the Allottees or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate certificate* and handing over physical possession of the Apartment Apartment/Flat to the AllotteesAllottee, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over handover the necessary documents and plan, including common areas to the Association of allottees upon its formation and registration. Provided that, in the absence of any local law, the Promoter shall handover the necessary documents and plans, including common areas areas, to the Association of Allottee or allottees after formation and registration of the Competent Authority, as the case may beAssociation of Allottees.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy completion certificate and handing over physical possession of the Apartment Apartments to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas areas, to the Association association of Allottee the Allottees upon its formation and registration or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate or such other certificate by whatever name called issued by the competent authority, and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas areas, to the Association association of Allottee Allottees or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy completion certificate and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas areas, to the Association association of Allottee upon its formation and Registration: Provided that, in the absence of any local law, the promoter shall handover the necessary documents and plans, including common areas, to the association of allottees or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, within thirty days after formation and registration of the association of allottees.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate certificate/completion certificate* and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas areas, to the Association association of Allottee Allottees or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter Developer to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas areas, to the Association association of Allottee or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, as pet the local laws. Provided that, in the absence of any local law the Developer shall handover the necessary documents and plans, including common areas, to the association of allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be, within thirty days after obtaining the completion certificate.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas areas, to the Association association of Allottee Allottees or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws. [Provided that, in the absence of any local law, the promoter shall handover the necessary documents and plans, including common areas, to the association of allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be, within thirty days after obtaining the completion certificate].

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas areas, to the Association association of Allottee and/or Federation or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be., as per the local laws. On and from the Possession Date:

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate Occupancy/ Completion Certificate and handing over physical possession of the said Apartment to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas to the Association association of Allottee or Allottees as per the Competent Authority, as the case may be.local laws;

After obtaining the occupancy certificate and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the Allotteesallottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas areas, to the Association association of Allottee the allottees or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as per the local laws. Provided that the Promoter shall handover the necessary document and plans including common areas, to the association of Allottees or the competent authority, as the case may bebe within thirty days after obtaining the occupancy certificate .

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate Completion Certificate and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the AllotteesAllottee, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter Developer to hand over the necessary necessary- documents and plans, including common areas areas, to the Association of Allottee or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate certificate* and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the AllotteesAllottee, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over handover the necessary documents and plansplan, including common areas to the Association of Allottee allottees or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be., as per the local laws:

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate and execution of the conveyance deed with the allottee, the Promoter shall handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over handover the necessary documents and plans, including common areas including entire land, to the association of the Allottee or the competent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws. Provided that in the absence of any local law, the Promoter shall hand over the necessary documents and plans including common areas to the Association of Allottee Allottees or the Competent Authority, as the case may be.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate certificate* and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas areas, to the Association association of Allottee the Allottees or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate certificate* and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas areas, to the Association association of Allottee Allottees or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate certificate* and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the Allotteesallottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas areas, to the Association association of Allottee the allottees or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate Occupancy Certificate/Completion Certificate/Partial Completion Certificate and handing over physical possession of the Said Apartment to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter Owners/Promoters to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas areas, to the Association association of Allottee the Allottees or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate or such other certificate by whatever name called issued by the competent authority, and handing over physical possession of the Apartment Apartment/ Row Bungalow to the Allotteesallottees, and on hand over of Common areas to the Association it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas areas, to the Association association of Allottee allottees or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the AllotteesAllottees and formation of the Association, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas areas, to the Association of Allottee Allottees or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate completion certificate * and handing over physical possession of the Apartment Apartment/Plot to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas areas, to the Association association of Allottee Allottees or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate Occupancy Certificate and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the AllotteesAllottee(s), it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter Vendors/Developer to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas areas, to the Association association of Allottee the Allottees or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the AllotteesAllottee, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to Promoterto hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas Common Areas, to the Association of Allottee or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, as per the Applicable Laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy completion certificate and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter Developer to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas Common Areas, to the Association association of Allottee the Allottees or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. 9.4.1. After obtaining the occupancy certificate and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas areas, to the Association association of Allottee or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to will hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas to the Association of Allottee or the Competent Authority, as the case may be.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the AllotteesAllottee, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter Promoters to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas plans and Common Areas to the Association of Allottee Allottees or the Competent Authority, as the case may be, within such time period as prescribed under the Act.

After obtaining the occupancy certificate and handing over physical possession of the Apartment Apartment/Flat to the AllotteesAllottee, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over handover the necessary documents and plan, including common areas to the Association of allottees upon its formation and registration. Provided that, in the absence of any local law, the Promoter shall handover the necessary documents and plans, including common areas areas, to the Association of Allottee or allottees after formation and registration of the Competent Authority, as the case may beAssociation of Allottees.

After obtaining the occupancy / completion certificate (as applicable) and handing over physical possession of all the Apartment apartments to the Allotteesallottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas areas, to the Association association of Allottee the Allottees or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy completion certificate and handing over physical possession of all the Apartment Apartments to the Allotteesallottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas areas, to the Association association of Allottee the Allottees or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. 7.4.1. After obtaining the occupancy certificate Completion Certificate and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter Promoters to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas areas, to the Association of Allottee Allottees or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as per the case may belocal laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate or such other certificate by whatever name called issued by the competent authority, and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the Allotteesallottees and on handing over of Common Areas to the association of allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter Promoters to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas Common Areas, to the Association association of Allottee allottees or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be., as per the local laws, :

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate and handing over physical possession of the Apartment Apartment/ Plot to the AllotteesAllottee, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over handover the necessary documents and plan, including common areas to the Association of allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be: Provided that, the Promoter shall handover the necessary documents and plans, including common areas areas, to the Association of Allottee allottees or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, within thirty days after obtaining the completion certificate.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy completion certificate and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas areas, to the Association association of Allottee upon its formation and Registration: Provided that, in the absence of any local law, the promoter shall handover the necessary documents and plans, including common areas, to the association of allottees or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, within thirty delays after formation and registration of the association of allottees.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter Owner/Developer to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas to the Association of Allottee or the Competent Authority, as the case may bemaybe.

Possession by the Allottee. Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy completion certificate and handing over physical possession of the Designated Apartment to the AllotteesAllottee, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas those relating to the Association common areas, to the association of Allottee the allottees or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy completion certificate and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas areas, to the Association association of Allottee Allottees or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be., as per the local laws:

Provided that in the absence of any local law, the Promoter shall hand over the necessary documents and plans including common areas to the association of allottees or the Competent Authority, as the case may be.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate and handing over physical possession of the Apartment Apartment/ Flat to the AllotteesAllottee(s), it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over handover the necessary documents and plan, including common areas to the Association of Allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be as per the local laws. Provided that, the Promoter shall handover the necessary documents and plans, including common areas areas, to the Association of Allottee Allottees or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, within thirty days after obtaining the possession certificate.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy completion certificate and handing over physical possession of the said Apartment to the AllotteesAllottee, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas to the Association association of Allottee allottees or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the [occupancy certificate or such other certificate (by whatever name may be called)] 1 and handing over physical possession of the Apartment Apartment/Plot to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas areas, to the Association association of Allottee the Allottees or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate certificate* and handing over physical possession of the ofthe Apartment to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter Developer to hand over the necessary documents necessarydocuments and plans, including common areas areas, to the Association association of Allottee the Allottees or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the asthe case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. ­ After obtaining the occupancy certificate and handing over physical possession of the said Apartment to the AllotteesAllottee/s, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas areas, to the Association association of Allottee the Allottee/s or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be., as per the local laws

Possession by the Allottee. Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate and handing over physical possession of the Allotted Apartment to the AllotteesAllottee, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter and the Owners to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas the Common Areas to the Association of Allottee Allottees or the Competent Authoritycompetent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee.
