Common use of Possession of Submitted Mortgage Files Clause in Contracts

Possession of Submitted Mortgage Files. Upon each Closing Date, the ownership of each Mortgage Loan, including the Mortgage Loan Documents and the contents of the related Submitted Mortgage File and all rights, benefits, payments, proceeds and obligations arising therefrom or in connection therewith, shall be vested in the Purchaser, and the ownership of all records and documents with respect to the related Mortgage Loan prepared by or which come into the possession of the Seller shall immediately vest in the Purchaser.
