Possible Price and Time Adjustments. 11.2.3.1 The Contract Price or the Contract Times, or both, will be equitably adjusted to the extent that the existence of such differing subsurface or physical condition causes an increase or decrease in Contractor's cost of, or time required for, performance of the Work.

Possible Price and Time Adjustments. In each such case, an increase or decrease in the Contract Price, or an extension or shortening of the Contract Time, or any combination thereof, may be allowable to the extent that they are attributable to any such inaccuracy or difference. If Owner and Contractor are unable to agree as to the amount or length thereof, a claim may be made therefore as provided in Articles 11 and 12. All increases or decreases in the Contract Price shall be governed by all state law and Owner’s Procurement Policy.
