Post-Award Conference. The Contractor shall participate in a mandatory post-award conference after the Notice to Proceed that will be held at a time and place to be determined by the GSA GWAC PCO (FAR 42.503-1). The purpose of the post award conference is to aid both the Contractor and the Government in achieving a clear and mutual understanding of all contract requirements in the Master Contract and identify and resolve potential issues (See FAR Subpart 42.5 Post award Orientation). The GSA GWAC Government Program Manager will act as Chairperson with the GSA GWAC PCO as Co-chairperson at the conference.
