Post-Issue Work. 13.1 The Issuer shall take such steps as are necessary to ensure the completion of Allotment and dispatch of letters of allotment and refund orders to the Applicants for the Rights Equity Shares soon after the basis of allotment has been approved by the Designated Stock Exchange and / or the Board / duly authorised committee of the Company and in any case not later than the statutory time limit, if any, save and except on account of reasons beyond its control, and in the event of failure to do so, pay interest and penalty to the applicants for the Rights Equity Shares as provided in the Letter of Offer or otherwise required under any applicable law or regulation or pursuant to any order or direction of the SEBI, the Stock Exchanges or any regulatory authority. 13.2 The Issuer shall set up an investor grievance redressal system to redress all Issue related grievances to the satisfaction of the Lead Manager. 13.3 The Issuer shall refund the money raised in the Issue to the applicants for the Rights Equity Shares if required to do so for any reason such as failing to get listing permission or under any direction or order of SEBI and shall pay the requisite interest amount if so required under law or under any direction or order of SEBI.

Post-Issue Work. 11.1 The Company shall take such steps as are necessary to ensure the completion of Allotment and dispatch of letters of allotment and refund to the Applicants for the Rights Equity Shares soon after the Basis of Allotment has been approved by the Designated Stock Exchange and/or the Rights Issue Committee of the Company and in any case not later than the statutory time limit, if any, save and except on account of reasons beyond its control, and in the event of failure to do so, pay interest and penalty to the Applicants for the Rights Equity Shares as provided in the Letter of Offer or otherwise required under any applicable law or regulation or pursuant to any order or direction of the SEBI, the Stock Exchanges or any regulatory and/or statutory authority. Further, in the event that the Company fails to obtain the final listing and trading approval or in case SEBI or any other statutory/ regulatory authority issues an order to refund, the Company shall refund the Application money raised in the Issue, to the Applicants and shall pay the applicable interest and penalty. 11.2 The Company shall take appropriate steps to redress all Issue related grievances as required under Applicable Laws.

Related to Post-Issue Work

  • Extra Work At any time during the Term of this Agreement, City may request that Consultant perform Extra Work. As used herein, “Extra Work” means any work which is determined by City to be necessary for the proper completion of the Project, but which the Parties did not reasonably anticipate would be necessary at the execution of this Agreement. Consultant shall not perform, nor be compensated for, Extra Work without written authorization from City’s Representative.

  • Shift Work Shift work is work not in excess of ordinary hours (ie 38 hours per week), but carried out wholly or partly between the hours of 7.00pm and 7.00am, Monday to Friday. Shift work is work scheduled at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of the shift. Employees required to work shift work will be paid at time and one quarter of the ordinary rate per hour for ordinary hours worked.

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.

  • Modified Work/Return to Work (a) The normal retirement age is sixty-five (65) years of age. The Employer may continue to employ an employee beyond retirement age, if the Employer determines that the employee can satisfactorily perform the requirements of her classification. (Effective December 12, 2006, the parties agree this sub- section no longer applies). (b) The parties recognize the duty of reasonable accommodation for individuals under the Human Rights Code of Ontario and agree that this Collective Agreement will be interpreted in such a way as to permit the Employer and the Union to discharge that duty. (c) If an employee becomes disabled, including WSIB, with the result that she is unable to perform the regular functions of her position, the Employer may determine a special classification and salary, with the hope of providing an opportunity for continued employment. Positions established under this article will not constitute new classifications and shall lapse upon the termination, resignation, or retirement of the employee in question. (d) Prior to any disabled employee returning to work from a disability including WSIB to a modified/light/alternate work program, the Employer will notify and meet with members of the bargaining unit executive to consult on a back to work program for the worker. Any agreement resulting from these discussions which conflicts with the collective agreement shall, subject to agreement by the Union, prevail over any provision of this agreement in the event of a conflict. Nothing in this language obligates the Employer to establish a modified/light/ alternative work program, except as required by law.

  • CONTRACT CREATION / EXECUTION Except for contracts governed by Article 11-B of the State Finance Law, subject to and upon receipt of all required approvals as set forth in the Bid Specifications a Contract shall be deemed executed and created with the successful Bidder(s), upon the Commissioner’s mailing or electronic communication to the address on the Bid/Contract of: (i) the final Contract Award Notice; (ii) a fully executed Contract; or (iii) a Purchase Order authorized by the Commissioner.

  • Project Work PURCHASER shall complete the following projects in accordance with the specifications provided in Exhibits B, C, D, E, and F and written instructions from STATE. Project locations are shown on Exhibit A unless otherwise described. PURCHASER shall furnish all material unless otherwise specified.
