Post-Termination Activities by Shire. Without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies that New River may have, if this Agreement is terminated in accordance with Sections 9.8, 13.4, 13.5 or 13.6, or if this Agreement is terminated in accordance with Section 13.3 and Shire is the Breaching Party, then the following provisions shall apply:
