Common use of Potential Unfair Competition Clause in Contracts

Employee acknowledges and agrees that as a result of his employment with the Bank, his knowledge of and access to Confidential Information, and his relationships with CBS's customers and employees, Employee would have an unfair competitive advantage if Employee were to engage in activities in violation of this Agreement.
