Power Distribution. In switchboards, distribution panelboards, branch circuit panelboards and feeders and busways allow for:
i. HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, elevator and lighting loads.
ii. Minimum 25% spare capacity (over the fully built out building), in feeders, including breaker spaces in panelboards.
iii. In electrical riser room on each floor provide sleeves in floor for future systems; include routing space from switchboard room to lowest typical floor electrical room.
Power Distribution. Power for normal office use is provided by an underfloor raceway system from a panel located in the electrical room located on the same floor as the Premises.
Power Distribution a. Distribution shall be one electrical room for approximately each 19,000 usable square feet.
b. A complete shell electrical system is provided in accordance with applicable codes from a 2000 amp, 277/480 volt, 3-phase service to panel boards with circuit breakers and distribution as required to provide power for IIVAC equipment, lighting, and convenience outlets.
c. Electrical rooms will provide two 120/203 volt panel boards with 75 KVA transformer. Each panel board shall have a 225 amp main breaker and provisions for 42 one pole bolt-on breakers.
d. The electrical system and .equipment will have a grounding system required by code.
Power Distribution. Main panel gear to be located at electrical/phone room area in warehouse.
Power Distribution. The power supply to the airport shall be provided by BESCOM/ KPTCL at 66kv level. The main power station will be provided with 2 no 16mva transformers for stepping down 66kv to 11kv. From these transformers the main power system of the airport will be supplied at 11kv level. The electrical power system includes transformer stations, a distribution network, and emergency power supply. The distribution network will be planned with ring mains, so that power supply is always possible from two different sources. An auxiliary power generator system (approx. 6 MVA) is installed in the power station north which will supply the essential consumers of the Airport in case of power supply failure.
Power Distribution. VLI will develop the layout generators without power-rings. The number of Vdd and Gnd connections will be limited to one or two of each. Metal3 will be used for distributing power and ground internally to the memories. Metal3 will also be used to shield sensitive nodes from potentially noisy Metal4 lines running above the memories.
Power Distribution. In open office areas power will be provided to accommodate Pac-Pole installation to modular work stations. Wall outlets will be provided at the rate of 2 / 150 sq.ft. in the enclosed office and meeting room areas.
Power Distribution. The power grid used for the equipment in 208VAC is comprised by circuits segmented by sectorial boards that supply power to the power strips of each rack or equipment. Each circuit is individually protected by a switch and short-circuit finder.
Power Distribution. The Landlord will be responsible to bring the necessary power distribution from the designated electrical panel to the Tenant's Premises.
Power Distribution. New receptacles and new branch circuits from a new branch circuit panel (or panels) are to be provided. New branch circuits will be required for any new HVAC equipment.
