Power of Representatives. The Parties shall vest their Representatives with sufficient powers to enable them to assume the obligations and exercise the rights of Contractor or District, as applicable, under this Agreement.
Power of Representatives. Any party executing this Agreement in a representative capacity is duly authorized and empowered to do so.
Power of Representatives. Each representative nominated by any Party pursuant to clause 4.1(a) will be duly authorised and empowered to make decisions on behalf of, and to bind contractually, that Party in all matters raised for the determination of, and properly within the jurisdiction of, the Management Committee in accordance with clause 4.3.
