Power Purchase Agreement. The Project Company has entered into the PPA, which is in full force and effect, and is in full compliance with all payment obligations (through payments made on its behalf by Buyer or its Affiliate), milestones and other covenants therein.
Power Purchase Agreement. A power purchase agreement or other evidence of a binding commitment from the applicable Utility for the purchase of the electricity generated by the Facility, whether existing now or in the future, at a rate not less than $0.238 US per kWh, for a term of not less than twenty (20) years.
Power Purchase Agreement. The Power Purchase Agreement between Southern California Public Power Authority and 64KT 8ME LLC, dated as of December 17,2015, attached hereto as Appendix D, as the same may be amended from time to time.
Power Purchase Agreement. The agreement between SCPPA and the Power Purchase Provider for the purchase of the Energy from the Facility, including the associated Environmental Attributes, as amended from time to time. A copy of the Power Purchase Agreement is included as Appendix C.
Power Purchase Agreement. The Power Purchase Agreement between Southern California Public Power Authority and Sapphire Solar, LLC, dated as of December 15, 2022, attached hereto as Appendix C, as the same may be amended from time to time, and all other agreements associated with the Facility. The Power Purchase Agreement shall also include any instrument or form of security which affords any opportunity for the purchase of the Facility or acquisition, whether through foreclosure or otherwise, including any mortgage, lease, assignment, beneficial interest, collateral instrument or other device or mechanism providing for the ability to acquire the Facility.
Power Purchase Agreement. Buckeye Power and Purchaser have entered into a Power Purchase Agreement, dated as of even date herewith (the “Buckeye PPA”). The Buckeye PPA is valid, enforceable in accordance with its terms, and in full force and effect. Purchaser has provided Allegheny with a copy of the Buckeye PPA as currently in effect.

Power Purchase Agreement. On or prior to the Non-STP Acquisition Closing Date, Xxxxx XX and Genco II LP shall enter into a power purchase agreement on the terms set forth on Schedule 6.18 attached hereto and otherwise on terms and conditions reasonably satisfactory to Buyer and Genco Holdings.
Power Purchase Agreement. Without limiting the generality of Section 6.4(a) hereof, Borrower shall (i) timely submit to Virginia Power all documents, evidence and information required under the Rova I Power Purchase Agreement and the Rova II Power Purchase Agreement, and (ii) fully and timely comply with any and all of its other obligations under the Rova I Power Purchase Agreement and the Rova II Power Purchase Agreement. In furtherance thereof (x) Borrower shall post a conspicuous sign by each side of the Interconnection Facilities instructing all employees, contractors and subcontractors not to tamper with the Interconnection Facilities and shall establish or cause to be established procedures to prevent any such tampering and inform its employees, contractors and subcontractors of such procedures and (y) Borrower shall not cause or allow (i) electric power to be at any time delivered to or received by the Rova II Facility from the Rova I Facility or from any source other than either Virginia Power or the Rova II Facility, other than in respect of the Common Systems (as defined in the Rova II Power Purchase Agreement), (ii) any electrical connection to exist between the Rova II Facility and the Rova I Facility or any other project or entity on Borrower’s side of the Interconnection Point (as defined in the Rova II Power Purchase Agreement) other than those required for operation of the Common Systems; and (iii) the Rova II Facility to accept steam deliveries from the Rova I Facility or from any other project or entity at any point upstream of the Rova II Facility’s meter.
Power Purchase Agreement. (PPA) shall mean the binding agreement entered between the Concessionaire and the UPPCL for sale of power for the Contracted Capacity Preliminary Notice the notice of intended Termination by the Party entitled to terminate this Agreement to the other Party setting out, inter alia, the underlying Event of Default Processing processing of SW MSW by which it is transformed into new or recycled products by using processes such as incineration, biomethanation, RDF pelletisation, composting, or any other Proposed Technology in accordance with the standards set forth in the SWM Rules 2016 and Applicable Law Processing Input Weighbridge Weighbridge installed at the entrance of the Waste to Energy Processing Facility Processing Output Weighbridge Weighbridge installed at the exit of the Waste to Energy Processing Facility Project the project for enabling construction of Waste to Energy Processing Facility, processing and disposal of SW MSW in the Scientific Landfill and for that purpose to design, develop, finance, construct, operate and maintain the Plant, under and in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Agreement.
