PRE-EVENT MEETING. An on-site walk through with Wonderfly, Client and Caterer is to take place fourteen (14) days prior to the event. At this time, the Client will provide a detailed timeline for deliveries, guest arrival, event agenda and departure as well as a list of all vendors for the event. Any deliveries and arrivals for rental equipment, flowers, music, and production equipment must be included in the timeline and approved in advance by Wonderfly.
