Preauthorized Deposits Clause Samples

The Preauthorized Deposits clause authorizes one party to automatically deposit funds into another party’s account without requiring separate approval for each transaction. Typically, this applies to recurring payments such as payroll, rent, or regular reimbursements, where the payer initiates electronic transfers on a scheduled basis. This clause streamlines payment processes, reduces administrative burden, and ensures timely and consistent fund transfers, thereby minimizing the risk of missed or delayed payments.
