PREEXISTING CONDITIONS AND TREATMENT. The Contractor shall assume, upon the effective date of coverage, full responsibility for any medical conditions that may have been preexisting prior to Enrollment in the Contractor's Plan and for any existing treatment plans under which an Enrollee is currently receiving medical care provided that the Enrollee's current in-Plan physician determines that such treatment plan is medically necessary for the health and well-being of the Enrollee.
