PREFERRED SHIP MORTGAGE. With respect to the Vessel, Lender shall have received the Preferred Ship Mortgage executed by the Borrower, together with evidence regarding recording and payment of fees, insurance premium and taxes, in each case, that Lender may reasonably request, to create, register, perfect, maintain, evidence the existence, substance, form or validity of or enforce a valid Lien on the Vessel in favor of Lender, subject only to such Liens as Lender may approve.
