Premises/Building. The Lease defined the Premises as a portion of the Building consisting of approximately One Hundred Eighty Thousand (180,000) rentable square feet, as shown on the floor plan of the Building attached to the Lease as Exhibit “C.” As contemplated in the Lease, Lessor has re-measured the Building and the Building is equal to approximately One Hundred Ninety Thousand Three Hundred Eighty Nine (190,389) rentable square feet. Paragraph 1 of the Lease is hereby amended to define the Premises as the portion of the Building consisting of approximately 180,231 rentable square feet, as shown on the floor plan attached hereto as Exhibit “A”. The floor plan attached to the Lease as Exhibit “C” is hereby deleted and replaced with the floor plan attached hereto as Exhibit “A”.
Premises/Building. Effective as of January 1, 2011, all references to the “Premises” in the Lease are hereby amended to refer to Suite 1500 only, and all references to the “Building” shall be amended to refer only to the building located at 1▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Los Angeles, California. All such references to the Premises and the Building shall be deemed to be collective or individual as the context may reasonably require.

Premises/Building. From and after the “Commencement Date for the 15326 ▇▇▇▇▇ Expansion Space”, the 26 Technology Premises together with the 15326 ▇▇▇▇▇ Premises shall collectively constitute the “Premises” under the Lease, and all references to the “Building” in the Lease shall be amended to refer to the 26 Technology Building and the 15326 ▇▇▇▇▇ Building, individually or collectively as the context may reasonably require.

If yes, the Tenant must exercise the option between and (being not more than 6 months and not less than 3 months prior to the end of the Term). The Landlord does not have to renew the Lease for the further term/s unless the conditions set out in clause 24.1 are satisfied.
Premises/Building. Effective as of theCommencement Date for the 43 Discovery Premises” (as hereinafter defined), the “Premises” under the Lease shall consist of the 41 Discovery Premises and the 43 Discovery Premises (and references to Exhibit A to the Lease shall also include Exhibit A attached to this Amendment), and all references to the “Building” in the Lease shall be amended to refer to the two (2) buildings located at ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (“43 Discovery Building”), either collectively or individually as the context may reasonably require; provided, that, for the avoidance of doubt, Tenant’s obligations under the Lease and this Amendment with respect to the 43 Discovery Building shall only extend to Suite 200 located in the 43 Discovery Building and Tenant shall not have any obligations with respect to any of the other office space or areas located in or around the 43 Discovery Building (unless such areas constitute Common Areas as defined under the Lease, then Tenant’s obligations with respect to such Common Areas shall be as set forth in the Lease).
Premises/Building. From and after the “Commencement Date for the 153 Technology Premises” (as hereinafter defined), the 153 Technology Premises together with the 157 Technology Premises shall collectively constitute the “Premises” under the Lease. All references to the “Building” in the Lease shall be amended to refer to the two (2) buildings located at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ the (“153 Technology Building”) and at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ (the “157 Technology Building”), Irvine, California, either collectively or individually as the context may reasonably require.
Premises/Building. From and after the “Commencement Date for the 5th Floor Premises” and from and after the “Commencement Date for the 4th Floor Premises (as hereinafter defined), the Lease (including without limitation, Section 2.1 of the Lease) is hereby amended to provide that the 5th Floor Premises and the 4th Floor Premises, respectively, together with the 5453 ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇mises shall collectively constitute the “Premises” under the Lease, and all references to the “Building” in the Lease shall be amended to refer to the 5451 ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇lding and the 5453 ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇lding, either collectively or individually as the context may reasonably require. Tenant’s lease of the 5th Floor Premises and the 4th Floor Premises includes the non-exclusive right to access the fiber conduits connecting such two floors of the 5451 ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇lding, and the non-exclusive right to access any and all available fiber conduits connecting such two floors directly or indirectly with the 5453 ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇lding.

Premises/Building. Except as may be provided otherwise herein, the Authority shall keep in good order, condition and repair the structural and exterior portions of the Building and the common areas, facilities and basic plumbing, heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and electrical building systems installed or furnished by the Authority and which are not otherwise required to be maintained by Tenant under Section 7.3.
