Common use of Premium on overtime Clause in Contracts

Premium on overtime. To the extent that Consultant pays its employees a premium in excess of its hourly rates for overtime spent on the Project and such premium is not included in the calculation of burden rates, the cost of the premium will be treated as a Reimbursable Cost and will not be subject to additional xxxx-up. Any such overtime must be in accordance with Consultant's policies which are subject to prior approval by the Board. This provision does not apply to Fully Burdened Rates.
