PREMIUMS AND DIFFERENTIALS. 25.1 When an employee is assigned work in an in-charge capacity for one (1) hour or more, the Company shall pay a differential of $.75 per hour whenever an employee is specifically appointed in-charge for supervisory purposes or as a temporary replacement of a management employee. The decision to make or not make such appointment rests solely with management's discretion.
