Preparation of Written Assistance Plan. Based on these discussions, and at least one (1) classroom observation of the Participating Teacher, the Consulting Teacher shall meet with the Participating Teacher to discuss the PAR Program and develop a Written Assistance Plan that meets the professional performance goals and objectives set by the supervising administrator. The concerns and perspectives of the Participating Teacher will be meaningfully discussed and considered in establishing the Written Assistance Plan.
