Prerequisites to Benefits. Neither Employee nor any person claiming through Employee shall have any right or interest in the Units awarded hereunder, unless and until all of the terms, conditions and provisions of this Agreement and the Plan, as amended hereby, which affect Employee or such other person shall have been complied with as specified herein.
