Presentation to New Employees. The University will provide the Union Associate advance notice of orientation meetings scheduled for new employees by the University. The Union Associate shall have the right to attend the orientation session and shall be permitted to make a presentation to employees at the conclusion of the meeting. In the event the Union Associate is unable to attend the orientation session, he/she may designate another Union Officer to attend in his/her place, who shall be permitted to attend the meeting without pay.
