President and Chief Xxxxxxx Leave. The District shall allow the President and Chief Xxxxxxx 1 day per month each paid leave for Union business. If additional time is needed, the Chief Xxxxxxx shall contact the Assistant General Manager of Human Resources to discuss the request of additional time. This will be evaluated on a case-by- case basis.
