Pressure Requirements Clause Samples

Pressure Requirements. As defined in Section 8.1 of this Agreement.
Pressure Requirements. All Gas delivered at the Delivery Points shall be at the pressure existing in Tennessee and Algonquin's facilities. Neither Seller nor Buyer shall be obligated to install or operate compression facilities.
Pressure Requirements. 8.1 All service connection products shall be suitable for 1000 kPa (150 psi) working pressure cold water services. 8.2 All home plumbing installations shall be suitable for system static pressures of 550 kPa (80 psi) and surge pressures of 825 kP1 (120 psi). Hot water tanks shall have appropriate pressure protection devices against surges.
Pressure Requirements. The Gas shall be delivered at the Delivery Point at a pressure sufficient to enter PSE&G's facilities and shall meet Transporter(s) terms and conditions for pressure (including the maximum allowable operating pressure at the Delivery Point).
Pressure Requirements. Coffeyville shall deliver the Contract Volume to Chaparral at the Title Transfer Point at a minimum of 1 Psig (“Pressure Requirements”). The Parties shall mutually work together to determine the most cost-efficient manner of designing the Feeder Line and the CO2 Facility for the purpose of ensuring the highest pressure of the Contract Volume that can be reasonably obtained at the inlet of the CO2 Facility; provided, final decision authority with respect to the Feeder Line will reside with Coffeyville, and final decision authority with respect to the CO2 Facility will reside with Chaparral. In no event will either Party be required to take actions or incur additional expense in the design or construction of the Feeder Line or the CO2 Facility that would exceed its obligations under this Agreement.
Pressure Requirements. Gatherer shall maintain the following daily pressure requirements on the Olympia Gathering System (collectively, the “Pressure Requirements”). (a) The daily average pressure at any individual Receipt Point shall not exceed 1,100 psig (the “Maximum Pressure”). (b) The daily average pressure at all Receipt Points shall not exceed 975 psig (“Average Pressure”).
Pressure Requirements. Gatherer shall maintain the following daily pressure requirements on the Magnolia Gathering System (collectively, the “Pressure Requirements”): (a) The daily average pressure at any individual Receipt Point shall not exceed 1,100 psig (the “Maximum Pressure”). (b) The daily average pressure at all Receipt Points shall not exceed 975 psig (“Average Pressure”). (c) Reduction in Gathering Fees for Failure to Comply With Pressure Requirements During the Primary Term. In the event that any of the Pressure Requirements are exceeded for any reason other than (i) Force Majeure, (ii) Plant Maintenance (but not any other maintenance) and/or (iii) the delivery of volumes by Shipper which cause hydraulic constraints pursuant to the provisions of Section 8.4 below, then the Gathering Fees shall be reduced as follows: (i) in the event that the average daily pressure at any Receipt Point exceeds the Maximum Pressure for a cumulative fifteen (15) days in any Contract Year, the Gathering Fee then in effect shall be reduced by [***] per MMBtu with respect to the volume of Shipper Gas delivered to the particular Receipt Point during the applicable year; and, (ii) in the event that the average daily pressure at all Receipt Points exceeds the Average Pressure for a cumulative fifteen (15) days in any Contract Year, the Gathering Fee then in effect shall be reduced by [***] per MMBtu with respect to the volume of Shipper Gas delivered to all Receipt Points during the applicable year. If both preceding Gathering Fee reductions (i) and (ii) apply, only the greater of the two potential Gathering Fee reductions will apply. Within thirty (30) Days of the end of the applicable Contract Year, Gatherer will refund to Shipper the amount due pursuant to the applicable fee reduction.
Pressure Requirements. All service connection products shall be suitable for 1000 kPa (150 psi) working pressure.
Pressure Requirements. Buyer shall use its best efforts to maintain operating pressures prevailing at the Delivery Point(s) at (**). Buyer and Seller each agree that each will act as a prudent operator of their respective facilities in endeavoring to maintain such operating pressures to accommodate reasonable development of Seller’s reserves.
Pressure Requirements. Meters supplied under this specification shall operate without leakage or damage to any part at a working pressure of 150 psi.
