Common use of Price and Date for Delivery Clause in Contracts

Price and Date for Delivery. Where a direction for a variation would result in variation to the Price or Date for Delivery, the Supplier must immediately advise the Purchaser in writing of the varied Price (which must be determined by the same method of pricing for the provision of the original Goods and/or Services) and varied Date for Delivery. A variation to the Price or a variation to the Date for Delivery is not effective unless it is communicated to the Purchaser in writing and signed by the Purchaser.
