Price Band System. Peru may maintain its Price Band System established in the D.S. N° 115-2001-EF and its amendments, respect to the products subject to the application of the system and provided in Annex 3 (Price Band System).
Price Band System. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, Colombia may apply the Andean Price Band System established in Decision 371 of the Andean Community and its modifications, or subsequent systems for agricultural goods covered by such Decision.
Price Band System. Peru may maintain its Price Band System referred to in Note 2 of Section 1 of the Schedule of Peru in Annex 1 with respect to the agricultural goods specified with one asterisk ("*") in column 5 of its Schedule. Safeguard Measures
Price Band System. 1. Chile may maintain its Price Band System as established in Article 12 of Law 18.525 and its subsequent legal modifications or succeeding system, for the products covered by that law.2 2 With respect to the products referred to in Xxxxxxxxx 0, Xxxxx shall give to the other Parties a treatment not less favourable than the preferential tariff treatment given to any third country, including countries with which Chile has concluded or will conclude in the future an agreement notified under Article XXIV of GATT 1994.
Price Band System. Colombia may maintain its Price Stabilization Mechanism for agricultural products as set out in Table 3 to Annex III (Processed Agricultural Products).
Price Band System. 1. Chile may maintain its Price Band System as established in Article 12 of Law 18.525 for the products covered by that Law and listed in Annex C-17.
1. Chile shall not incorporate new products in the Price Band System or modify the method by which it is calculated and applied in a manner that makes it more trade restrictive than it was on November 13, 1996.
2. With respect to soft wheat flour, the multiplication factor provided for in Article 12 of Law 18.525 shall be established by statute and for a period not less than three years, consistent with Article 14 of that Law.
3. The tariff reductions in the Schedule of Chile to Annex C-02.2 for the products covered by Law 18.525 shall apply only to the ad-valorem tariff component and not to the specific duties or rebates that could result from the application of Law 18.525.
Price Band System. Peru may maintain its Price Band System for agricultural products as set out in Appendix 3 to Annex III (Processed Agricultural Products).
Price Band System. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, Colombia may apply the PBS only with respect to the agricultural goods listed in Annex 218 and subject to any applicable conditions set out in Annex 218.
Price Band System. Chile may maintain its price band system as established under its Law Nº 18.525 or succeeding system for the products covered by that law1, provided it is applied consistent with Chile’s rights and obligations under the WTO Agreement. 1 For greater certainty, Chile shall not incorporate new products in the Price Band System. The products covered by the price band system are HS (2007) 1001.9000, 1101.0000, 1701.1100, 1701.1200, 1701.9100, 1701.9910, 1701.9920 and 1701.9990.
