Price Decrease. In the event AMD sells a Combined Product to a Customer or Channel Partner in an amount that is less than the RSP at the time the order was booked for such Product, AMD may request that FASL reduce the Purchase Price. In such case, FASL may, but shall have no obligation to, reduce the Purchase Price to an amount that it determines in its sole discretion.
Price Decrease. In the event Fujitsu sells an SCO Product to a Customer or Channel Partner in an amount that is less than the RSP for such Product at the time the order was booked, Fujitsu may request that Spansion reduce the Purchase Price. In such case, Spansion may, but shall have no obligation to, reduce the Purchase Price to an amount that it determines in its sole discretion.
Price Decrease. If Hedm▇▇'▇ ▇▇▇lished general price declines, Hedm▇▇ ▇▇▇l protect Distributor's bulk, drummed or packaged floor stocks of Hedm▇▇ ▇▇▇ufactured products if such products were purchased within thirty (30) days prior to the price decrease and were in stock on the date of such decrease. Distributor must provide Hedm▇▇ ▇▇▇h satisfactory written evidence of the existence of such inventory within thirty (30) days of such price decrease; inventory stocks may be delivered by Hedm▇▇'▇ ▇▇▇resentative of Hedm▇▇'▇ ▇▇▇ction. Subject to the conditions stated herein. Hedm▇▇ ▇▇▇l rebate or issue a credit to Distributor's for any difference in pricing following such price decline.
Price Decrease. The Authorized Purchaser shall be given the immediate benefit of any price decrease. Contractor shall promptly notify OSP of the amount and effective date of each decrease. This decrease shall apply to orders placed on or after the effective date of the decrease. Invoices shall reflect prices in effect on the date the Authorized Purchaser’s Purchase Order document was written.
2.1.2.1. Should such decreased prices again increase during the term of the Contract, including extensions, the OSP shall honor the increase if acceptable documentation verifying the increase is submitted to OSP. OSP shall determine what constitutes acceptable documentation.

Contractor shall promptly notify Agency of the amount and effective date of each decrease. This decrease applies to orders placed on or after the effective date of the decrease. 1.6.3.1 Contractor shall subtract from prices charged to Agency any unit price decrease that has been achieved or gained by Contractor, whether through the manufacturer or otherwise. Contractor shall give Agency the immediate benefit of the decrease. Contractor shall promptly notify Contract Administrator of the amount and effective date of the decrease.
Price Decrease. In the event AT&T PARADYNE reduces the price of any Product or offers the Product at a lower price, including raising the discount offered, to any other like Purchaser, AT&T PARADYNE shall provide thirty (30) days prior written notice and [***]. AT&T will also credit Tech Data for the difference between the invoice price charged to Tech Data and the reduced price for each unit of Product held in inventory by Tech Data's customers on the date the reduced price is first offered by AT&T PARADYNE provided Tech Data's customers request is received by AT&T PARADYNE within sixty (60) days from the time the reduced price is first offered and is accompanied by reasonable commercial documents.
Price Decrease. Company shall promptly notify Reseller in writing prior to any Price List decrease. Company reserves the right to offer special prices to third parties without notice.
