Common use of PRICES QUOTED Clause in Contracts

PRICES QUOTED. Prices submitted as indicated in the sealed bid are final. Bidders acknowledge that prices quoted will be valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of bid opening. Each specification, make, and model must be priced and bid separately. Prices quoted in the bid submission should reflect the final amount the bidder can expect to receive for payment for the specifications bid for the duration of the contract award, unless otherwise addressed by a contract extension or price adjustment as provided in the contract. These prices must be inclusive of all of the components included in the base specification. Prices bid, including options, must include the administrative fee FSA charges to administer the contract, as outlined in Section 3.28. Prices must be Free On Board (FOB) destination. Once awarded, the vendor has the authority to offer discounts for prompt payment. Cash or quantity discounts offered will not be a consideration in determination of award of the bid.
