Pricing Structure. CONTRACTOR guarantees that prices quoted are equal to or less than prices quoted to any other local, State or Federal government entity for services of equal or lesser scope. The Receiving Parties agree and acknowledge that the Payment is not refundable in the event of Product execution earlier than the stipulated Cut-Off Time. 8.6. The Receiving Parties agree that, in the event of termination or cancellation of the Service while it is Activated (referred to Clause 1 of General Terms and Conditions), shall not seek any refund from XXXXXXXX and the selected third-party Vendor. 8.7. The Receiving Parties agree and shall xxxxx XXXXXXXX, in the event of any unauthorized late Payment of any kind to: 8.7.1. revert all executions back to its initial state; AND 8.7.2. no refund of Upfront Payment; AND 8.7.3. charging late payment fees at XXXXXXXX’x sole discretion; AND 8.7.4. no compensation of any kind. 8.8. The Receiving Parties agree that XXXXXXXX shall charge for any logistical charges involving XXXXXXXX traveling to the Receiving Parties’ designated locations for executing the Product.

Pricing Structure. The pricing structure for WorldCom Audio-On-Demand consists of the following elements: SET-UP FEES, MAINTENANCE FEES, TOLL-FREE NUMBER USAGE CHARGES, TOLL NUMBER USAGE CHARGES, VOICE RESPONSE TRANSCRIPTION FEES, VOICE RESPONSE ACTIVATION FEES, VOICE RESPONSE RETRIEVAL FEES, VOICE RESPONSE TAPE FEES, and VOICE TALENT FEES. All pricing elements shall receive the Company’s then-current standard list rates, as may be changed from time to time. Except as specifically stated herein, the current standard list pricing is as follows: (i) SET-UP FEES: Customer will be charged the standard list price, currently ****, for the one-time set-up fees associated with WorldCom Audio-On-Demand service. (ii) MAINTENANCE FEES: Customer will be charged the standard list price, currently ****, during each Monthly Period of the Term for the Maintenance Fees associated with WorldCom Audio-On-Demand service. (iii) TOLL-FREE NUMBER USAGE CHARGES: Customer will be charged **** per participant for Toll-Free Number Usage charges during each Monthly Period of the Term. (iv) TOLL NUMBER USAGE CHARGES: Customer will be charged **** per participant for Toll Number Usage charges during each Monthly Period of the Term. Pricing Structure. As part of its permit application, Operator shall disclose their pricing structure to the Department. While the Permit is in effect, any alterations/updates to their pricing structure shall be submitted to the Department. Contractor shall not assess percentage markup(s) on authorized expenses (e.g., travel, education, etc.) and shall only assess percentage markup(s) on billable hours worked by Contingent Worker(s). 6. Contractor shall invoice Purchasing Entity directly for work Performed only. Contractor shall not delay payment to Staffing Resource Providers based on Purchasing Entity’s payment of invoice. 7.
