Primary Mortgage Insurance Requirement. Unless Primary Mortgage Insurance coverage with respect to a Mortgage Loan is canceled as provided in Section 15.2.4 herein, the Servicer must maintain at all times Primary Mortgage Insurance on any Mortgage Loan with an original LTV ratio in excess of 80%.
