Principal Depository. The Borrower further agrees that it shall conduct its principal (majority) banking business with the Lender, including, without limitation, retaining the Lender as its principal depository savings accounts, checking accounts, general demand depository accounts, and such other accounts as are utilized by the Borrower from time-to-time.
