Principal Location; Travel. During the Employment Term, the Executive shall perform the duties and responsibilities required by this Agreement at such location as agreed upon by the Executive and the CEO, and will be required to travel to other locations, including internationally, as may be necessary to fulfill the Executive’s duties and responsibilities hereunder.
