Principal Married to Principal. For any full-time principal of this bargaining group qualifying for health and hospitalization coverage under this Article, whose spouse is also a School District principal qualifying for health and hospitalization coverage as a full-time principal for nine months or more of the year, the School District shall contribute a sum not to exceed the premium for two fully paid single insurance plans, or one fully paid dependent insurance plan for principals with eligible dependents, for the full contract year.

  • Calculation of Number and Percentage of Beneficial Ownership of Outstanding Voting Shares For purposes of this Agreement, the percentage of Voting Shares Beneficially Owned by any Person, shall be and be deemed to be the product (expressed as a percentage) determined by the formula: 100 x A/B where: A = the number of votes for the election of all directors generally attaching to the Voting Shares Beneficially Owned by such Person; and B = the number of votes for the election of all directors generally attaching to all outstanding Voting Shares. (TSX Venture) Tier 1 issuer; or (c) lists or quotes its securities on an exchange or market outside Canada that its “principal regulator” under National Policy 43-201 Mutual Reliance Review System for Prospectuses and Annual Information Forms (in Quebec under Staff Notice, Mutual Reliance Review System for Prospectuses and Annual Information Forms) or, if the Issuer has only filed its IPO prospectus in one jurisdiction, the securities regulator in that jurisdiction, is satisfied has minimum listing requirements at least equal to those of TSX Venture Tier 1, then the Issuer becomes an established issuer.

  • Repayment of Interest and Principal Except as otherwise provided herein, the Company will repay the outstanding principal amount of this Note within fourteen (14) Business Days of the Offering Funding Date (the “Maturity Date”). This Note does not bear interest. At the option of the Lender, funds available for repayment of the loan may be held in a Company account, interest free, after the Maturity Date. Such funds shall not be used or otherwise pledged until such time as the Company and Lender have entered into another note.
