Principal Only Certificates. During the initial Interest Accrual Period, interest will accrue on the Class 2-A-11 Certificates at the rate of 5.920% per annum. During each Interest Accrual Period thereafter, interest will accrue on the Class 2-A-11 Certificates at a per annum rate equal to (i) 0.600% plus (ii) LIBOR, subject to a minimum rate of 0.600% and a maximum rate of 6.000%.
