Common use of Printing the Agreement Clause in Contracts

Printing the Agreement. The Employer agrees to provide the Union one hundred (100) copies of the labor agreement within sixty (60) calendar days after Council ratification and signature by the parties of the ratification page of the contract. The City agrees to provide additional copies of this labor agreement to the Union upon written request and the Union agrees to reimburse the City for the additional copies at cost.

Printing the Agreement. The Employer agrees to provide the Union one hundred fifty (10050) copies of the labor agreement within sixty (60) calendar days after Council ratification and signature by the parties of the ratification page of the contract. Should the Union need additional printed copies, the City will agree to provide up to fifty (50) additional copies upon request. The labor agreement will be available electronically, and the City agrees to provide additional copies (beyond the amount stated above) of this labor agreement to the Union upon written request and the Union agrees to reimburse the City for the additional copies at cost.
